We ship all orders via Parcel Post satchels. Boxes may be used for large orders.

Our head office is based in the Noosa Hinterland area of the Sunshine Coast, so please allow 3-9 business days for your online order to reach you. (Please note that Australia Post shipping times can vary and are out of our hands.) If you wish to receive your order faster please contact us at hello@eumundicoffee.com to make speedier arrangements.

Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business delivery address must include the business name. If parcels are not collected, or are returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information provided, postage costs are unable to be refunded. If you do find that you have entered incorrect shipping information please email hello@eumundicoffee.com ASAP with your order number handy and we will attempt to correct the mistake. 

LOCAL PICK UP

If you wish to collect your order in person rather than via post, please select our Local Pick Up option in the checkout area when processing your order. All pick up orders can be collected from:
